From your PAUSE can come the Extraordinary

The moment offers the pause. The invitation to detach from the old track of thoughts and actions and into the zone of contemplating a new track; from the gateway of abundant infinite possibilities. The moment offers you everything and the possibility-keys you access will only open the doors you insist must be real – the rest will continue to remain fantasy, to you; including the practical and tangible options that remain outside that self imposed blinkered range.

Today, choose your pausing moments. In the moment, you can pause and suspend your assumptions. “Soften your resolve out of the emotional intensity of needing to believe life has to be certain way. Let your life force suspend above the clutter, the chatter and the predictable. Sit in the stillness with pure intent to let the ideas come, that will liberate your state of mind, revealing a clever better path beyond that moment. Seize that moment and you seize the day.”

This is a meditation, a prayer a surrender into what more there is. There always is more. Much more. And to let moment after moment deliver the same outcomes is a misplaced bad habited conviction into predictable and safe mediocre outcomes. It is not normal to pause and surrender to the more. That is why those that do so regularly become extraordinary.

Today and everyday, chose your pause moments and surrender to a sole centred focus, fuelled by the faith; that you are worthy, capable and connected to the ideas that can change your life and the world.
