You never were your personality

So who are you if you are not your personality? To think you are a set of assumptions that shape how you interpret and respond to situations and people is an insult to your worth and capabilities.
You never were your personality – be the ‘you’ that can be anything.

What if your personality was never you. Those assumptions of how to be are hardwired to give you an effortless ability to be that way to supposedly succeed socially. So you are habitually and therefore consistently a specific personality type simply because your brain is conditioned to be that way.

Yet, it was condition through a genetic and environmental conditioning process that continues to impact and change your personality. How many people do you know that changed their personality because of a major event in their life like a near-death experience?

What if we could choreograph highly relevant events in a repetitive manner so that your brain is being immersed in a different world than the one it was convinced it was in?

I have been on a mission to shift out of specific personality traits and to accept that all the traits are tools for whatever the occasion requires. This level of adaptability is within all of us to use, so we are never too rigid and incompatible when we are being structured for a process, or flamboyant at a party.

EP7 was created to help people reinvent themselves so they can get results and never be enslaved to stubborn personality traits that are incompatible with a role or goal.

This is why you never hear me say, ‘be the best version of yourself.’ Different versions for different occasions means you can always be relevant and be what is of value at the time.

So who are you if you are not your personality? To think you are a set of assumptions that shape how you interpret and respond to situations and people is an insult to your worth and capabilities. You are something beyond any one way or set of ways of being.

You are that which can enjoy being whoever you want be that connects you and satisfies you. Be what creates a healthy and sustainable value exchange and be prepared to keep adapting to ensure this is what you are always achieving.
